Welcome To Vivekananda Yuva Kendra

Swami Vivekananda's philosophy is our guiding
force that of Atmano mokshartam jagaddhitaya
"Live for your own liberation and for the good of others".

Swami Vivekananda has given us the Mantra of Man Making and Nation Building. This is true to the core as without great men no country can be great and mighty. Strength of body and character, purity of mind and heart and equal development of head, hand and heart are some of the dynamic Mantras and messages by Swami Ji for humanity. Swami Vivekananda wanted a strong and awakened India, determined to be a leader for the world. His views are timeless and relevant for all nations and all ages. "Strengths is life, weakness is death", "You can't believe in God until you believe in yourself", "All power is within you, you can do anything and everything" are some of the greatest messages by the Swami Vivekananda. His vision was the formation of a perfect society enriched by the ideals of sound body, noble and pitiful heart, dynamic mind and God ward spirit. VYK is determined to realize his dreams and serve the nation with his Ideology.

Indian culture has a universal appeal and Swami Vivekananda has put in two clusters of character- building and humanitarian causes involving the youth in particular, to serve the society in a selfish manner towards Nation-building. Youth power and women power are to be co-ordinated in disciplined shape to enhance human resources for females, unemployed youth, deprived class, needy, backward and people living below poverty line. Methodology has been developed for training, health services, awareness, self-development and opportunity for community development.

It is also necessary to motivate the people regarding the environment. Computer education workshop and courses are being conducted to induct young boys and girls into the main stream. The institution has been registered in 2008 and a blue print to meet the activities under way.

This shall entail differential sector in the society for optimum co-operation and time permitting, social development was attributed towards the Government for proper implementation.
